Terms & Conditions of Aftermarket Parts + (Quality Level and Installation Process) Parts sold on this site are aftermarket custom products that may need modification to fit properly. Due to the nature of fiberglass manufacturing, fitting, trimming, filling, grinding, and prepping may be necessary before final installation and painting of these parts. All sales are final. All body kits, hoods, fenders and any fiberglass parts are in no way refundable. All parts sold by TSP Racing are sold on an as is basis and we do not offer any type of warranty. Mold lines and some minor imperfections such as air bubbles, chipped gel coat, over-trimmed or under-trimmed pieces may occur. Therefore, no refunds will be given for these conditions. All fiberglass aero parts must be sanded and primed prior to being painted. Aftermarket hoods always requires hood pins and are intended for off road use only. We insure most of our products during shipping and you may contact the shipping company to file a claim when it is necessary. Always test fit parts before installing or painting. Any painted, fitted or installed kits are in no way exchangeable. All damage or complaints on all products must be reported within 3 days upon receiving the shipment. For all fiberglass products, inspect all packages immediately upon receiving the product. For mail orders, inspect the product with the deliverer immediately. If the product is cracked or damaged during shipping or from factory defects, refuse the shipment and file a damage claim immediately. All products that are accepted cannot be claims as a defective or damaged product. TSP will not honor any replacement, compensation or refund if the customer fails to report within the given time period. All parts are unpainted and will need body work to prep and paint them. Some parts may need modifications to properly fit. It is the customer's full responsibility to pay for any type of work that is necessary to install and/or paint the product(s). Please understand that car modification is an intricate process and may require a great deal of effort and monetary support. Returns & Exchanges Exchanges must be reported within 14 days upon receiving the product. All exchanges must be authorized with an exchange authorization code or it will be invalid. Due to its custom and made to order nature, all orders for aerodynamics such as body kits, fenders and hoods cannot be cancelled after 48hrs from your initial order date. Aerodynamics are often made to the order or special orders items. As a result, you may be charged before your product is received to insure our company that you want the special order product. There will be no exceptions to our policy. If you do not agree to our policy, please do not order from us. Special orders cannot be cancelled unless the back order period is longer than 10 weeks. Shipped orders are in no way cancelable or refundable. Under certain circumstances approved by TSP, there will be a 30% restocking fee to return any item or to cancel a special order. All shipping charges are in no way refundable. Shipping & Back Orders Please allow 10-20 business days for shipping with most orders. For body kits, normal delivery time ranges between 2 - 4 weeks. If we are unable to fill your order entirely, we will place a special order for you immediately and ship the products out as soon as we receive them.
